CGI believes and invests in partnerships for our work in Labrador. The Innu and Inuit aboriginal people of Newfoundland and Labrador are essential partners. Our Aboriginal business partnership, Mishau Capital Angijuk, was created with Hagerty-Penashue Holdings, and provides opportunities and benefits to Aboriginal groups, as well as our other partners and contractors. These opportunities include construction management, equipment rentals and personnel placement in Labrador.

This partnership allows CGI to register the partnership on both the Innu and Inuit registries, sanctioning us to bid on projects under all aboriginal business agreements in the province. Our operational boundaries include Lower Churchill hydro development, Goose Bay, and any projects in Labrador that operate under an aboriginal benefits agreement.
